About ReVac

After many years of experience in the development and marketing of technical aids for the elderly and physically challenged, the founders of the spin off company, ReVac Aps, will further develop and market a new and innovative transfer and rehabilitation concept called Lift-one.

The founders of Revac Aps, Mogens and Henrik Hjort, have, over many years, developed technical aids for the elderly and physically challenged. Our previous venture, Ergolet A/S was sold to an American company in 2008 and our involvement ended in 2010.

In our previous, family owned, company we became specialists in the development and production of many different technical transfer aids for example Sit to Stand units. These were over many years marketed as a helping hand for carers, but where the needs of the elderly or physically challenged were not fully accommodated. Time and again we met concerns around the questions of dignity in the transfer methods used by this type of Sit to Stand. As a result of these concerns the Sit to Stand type of lifter lost out somewhat to lifting with overhead tracking. In reality this method af transfer is fully passive for the person being lifted and, in addition, takes longer for the carer compared to an active and faster transfer with a Sit to Stand.

We therefore gave ourselves the challenge of developing the ideal Sit to Stand starting with the Users natural way of moving.
Technology, functions and experiences from this lifter have created new ideas for complementary products and unique accessories for Pure Wave.

The founders of Revac ApS have, over many years, developed aids for the elderly and physically challenged. Our former company, Ergolet A/S, was sold to an American company in 2008 and our involvement ended in 2010.

Based on our many years of experience we gave ourselves a target: To develop the ideal Stand-aid with a start point around the Users natural way of moving.
